77. How Do You Make the Word of God a Habit? R U in the Waiting Game?

Ar you tired of waiting? Especially when it seems to go on forever!!! Regarding waiting games, Hebrews 10:35-38 describes; "therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has a great reward. For you have need of endurance [!!!], so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise: "for yet a little while, and He who is coming will come and will not tarry. Now the just shall live by faith; but if anyone draws back, My soul has no pleasure in him." Ouch! All I would see was the last part of the sentence; 'if anyone draws back' until I was to the led to the point of the just being rewarded by His promise.

Habits are hard to break. Some never need to be broken. The most important habit you can adopt is listening to the Creator. Endure what He has given you, follow Him and He will provide the answers. They may be different that you were looking for. The answers He provides when you seek Him have eternal perspective. Just ask Him. I did. It led to the path of life I'm currently living. Much happier, clearer one led by the Father.

The challenge for most of face is to break away from emotional turmoil caused by hurts of life. Those hurts can grow into bitterness. Resentment grows, and reactive behavior, inner turmoil is present. Been there. Most of us have. When this happens, the most important habit of all, the habit that brings life, is to go toward the Father. You can do it over and over again. I did and received love, encouragement and guidance in return.

When the turmoils are too much to handle alone, it is time to complete the circle of healing by searching for a counsellor who can hear you, validate and encourage your situation and bring forth clarify. This will bring forth inner healing. If you liked this post, please mark "like" and share as much as you like. If interested, contact through the Facebook for counselling. Blessings!
